使用ESR技术直接观察了石英在磷酸缓冲体系中产生OH·的剂量,时间效应,并比较了酵母聚糖,石英及柠檬酸铝预处理的石英刺激巨噬细胞产生OH·的强度与细胞损伤的关系。结果表明,石英产生的OH·在磷酸缓冲体系中随时间的延长而很快衰减;而酵母聚糖虽可刺激巨噬细胞产生更强的OH·,但并不引起细胞损伤。提示:在石英致巨噬细胞损伤过程中,是其它因素,而并非自由基机制可能起更重要的作用。
ESR technique was used to directly observe the dose and time effects of OH · on quartz in phosphate buffer system. The effects of the zymosan, quartz and aluminum citrate pretreated quartz on the intensity of OH · induced by macrophages and cell damage relationship. The results showed that OH · produced by quartz attenuated rapidly in phosphate buffer solution over time. While Zymosan stimulated macrophages to produce stronger OH ·, it did not cause cell damage. Tip: Other factors are involved in quartz-induced macrophage injury and not a free radical mechanism may play a more important role.
