甘草是我国特有的中药材之一,它是多年生草本植物,主根呈圆柱形,是提取抗氧化和防腐物质的部位。经过专家的科学实验,人们发现,从甘草中提取的抗氧化有效成分,主要是黄酮类和类黄酮类物质的混合物。
Licorice is one of China’s unique Chinese herbal medicines. It is a perennial herb. Its main root is cylindrical, and it is the site from which antioxidative and antiseptic substances are extracted. After expert scientific experiments, it was found that the antioxidant active ingredients extracted from licorice are mainly mixtures of flavonoids and flavonoids.
