做好一个企业的财会科长,除了应该熟悉财经政策,精通财会业务,坚持原则,廉洁奉公外,还要善于正确地处理上下级之间的关系.如果一个企业的财会部门,将上下级之间的关系搞得很紧张,财会工作必然会遭到一些干扰,结果两头受气,既影响工作情绪,又使工作遭受一定的损失.现就这一问题,提出个人的一点体会.一、对上级要尊重企业财会部门的上级有:本企业的党政领导;上级的财会部门;所在地的财政、税务、银行等监督部门.对这三方面的上级都要尊重.1、本企业的党政领导,是财会部门的直接领导者,不论他们是否熟悉财会业务知识,都要予以尊重.有事多请示汇报,争取支持.遇有意见不一致时,要尽量以理和制度进行解释,不宜粗暴地一句话“不符合制度规定”了事.也不宜片面地迁就,不符合制度,也遵照执行.只要道理说清楚,制度讲得具体,矛盾会解决.特别在公共场合,要注意维护领导的威信,事后再交换意见,妥善提出解决办法.企业重大事情,财会部门都要争取参加
