财会[2013]20号各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局),新疆生产建设兵团财务局,有关企业:为推动企业会计信息化,节约社会资源,提高会计软件和相关服务质量,规范信息化环境下的会计工作,我部制定了《企业会计信息化工作规范》(以下简称工作规范)。现予印发,请遵照执行。工作规范施行前已经投入使用的会计软件不符合工作规范要求的,应当自工作规范施行之日起3年内进行升级完善,达到要求。

If the accounting software that has been put into use before the implementation of the work rules does not meet the requirements of the work standards, the accounting software shall be upgraded and completed within 3 years from the date of implementation of the work rules and meet the requirements.
