我们党历来十分重视加强党员干部理想信念教育。但由于受国际国内诸多因素的影响,部分党员干部仍存在理想动摇、信仰危机。高校作为党员干部相对集中和人数众多之地,更要加强对党员干部理想信念教育。从高校部分党员干部理想信念存在弱化现象出发,分析其弱化的实质及影响,从加强理论学习教育,增强组织凝聚力,严格管理制度,宣扬典型事迹等途径和方法来纠正高校党内不正之风,坚定党员干部理想信念。
Our party has always attached great importance to strengthening the ideological and conviction education of party members and cadres. However, due to the influence of many factors both at home and abroad, some party members and cadres still have their ideals wavering and their faith crisis. Colleges and universities as cadres of party members are relatively concentrated and a large number of places, but also to strengthen the ideal and faith education of party members and cadres.
