目的:观察薯蓣丸对豚鼠变应性鼻炎模型Foxp3的影响。方法:将60只豚鼠随机分为空白组,薯蓣丸高、中、低剂量组,模型组,通窍鼻炎片组,每组各10只。在造模成功后分别按相应剂量灌胃各组动物14d,薯蓣丸低、中、高剂量组分别为1.89g/kg、3.77g/kg、7.54g/kg,通窍鼻炎片组为0.56g/kg,空白组、模型组为等量0.9%氯化钠注射液。流式细胞法检测各组Foxp3水平。结果:Foxp3百分比空白组为(2.00±0.09)%,模型组为(1.06±0.10)%,通窍鼻炎片组为(1.53±0.20)%,薯蓣丸高剂量组为(1.65±0.07)%,薯蓣丸中剂量组为(1.43±0.07)%,薯蓣丸低剂量组为(1.12±0.06)%。其他5组与空白组比较,空白组、通窍鼻炎片组、薯蓣丸高及中剂量组与模型组比较,薯蓣丸高、低剂量组与通窍鼻炎片组比较,薯蓣丸中、低剂量组与高剂量组比较,薯蓣丸中剂量组与低剂量组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但薯蓣丸低剂量组与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:薯蓣丸高、中剂量对豚鼠变应性鼻炎动物模型的Foxp3具有调节作用而低剂量作用不显著。
Objective: To observe the effect of yuzhu pill on Foxp3 in guinea pig allergic rhinitis model. Methods: 60 guinea pigs were randomly divided into blank group, yuzhu pills high, medium and low dose group, model group, Tongqiao rhinitis group, each group 10. After the model was successfully established, the rats in each group were fed with the corresponding doses for 14 days. The low, medium and high doses of yuzhu pills were 1.89g / kg, 3.77g / kg, 7.54g / kg, kg, blank group, the model group was 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Foxp3 levels in each group were detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS: The percentages of Foxp3 in blank group were (2.00 ± 0.09)%, in model group was (1.06 ± 0.10)%, in Tongqiao rhinitis group was (1.53 ± 0.20)%, in yuzhu pills high dose group was (1.65 ± 0.07)%, The bolus dose group was (1.43 ± 0.07)%, while the yuzhuwan low dose group was (1.12 ± 0.06)%. The other five groups compared with the blank group, the blank group, Tongqiao rhinitis group, yuzhuwan high and medium dose group compared with the model group, yuzhu pill high and low dose group and Tongqiao rhinitis group, yuzhuwan medium and low dose group and (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the low dose Yam pills group and the model group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The high dose and middle dose of yuzhu pill can regulate Foxp3 of guinea pig allergic rhinitis animal model and the effect of low dose is not significant.
