为了主动适应经济建设和社会发展的需要,积极为各行各业培养急需人才,我校自1987年以来,在努力办好学历教育的同时,坚持学历教育与非学历教育并举,贯彻“按需施教、学用结合、走向培训、讲求实效”的原则,面向系统或企事业单位先后开设了“会计师岗位培训”、“检察专业证书教育”、“审计专业证书教育”、“现代工程师继续教育”、“工业卫生知识讲座”、“会计电算化岗位培训”以及英语、日语单科教育等多种形式的非学历教育.5年多来,各种非学历教育共计招生29,668人,到目前为止结业25,306人.上学期,“婚姻管理干部岗位培训”、“会计电算化第二期培训”、“工业卫生知识第二期培训”及“档案干部继续教育”的各项教学准备工作已经就绪,陆续将有2600多名在职干部参加各种培训学习.非学历教育无论从培训的数量还是质量都有了显著的发展.
