目的对曲霉属真菌Aspergillus sp.HT-2的代谢产物进行研究。方法应用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备HPLC等方法进行代谢产物的分离。根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到了13个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-chaetominine(1),fumiquinazoline J(2),fumitremorgin C(3),cyclotryprostatin B(4),(3S,6S,12S,13S)-(+)-verruculogen TR-2(5),gliotoxin(6),bisdethio-bis(methylthio)gliotoxin(7),didehydrobisdethio-bis(methylthio)gliotoxin(8),helvolicacid(9),pseurotin A(10),麦角甾醇(11),2,5-dimethylresorcinol(12),胸腺嘧啶(13)。结论所得化合物包括硫代二酮哌嗪类3个,喹唑啉类生物碱2个,吲哚类生物碱3个,螺内酰胺类生物碱1个,降三萜1个,甾体类等共13个化合物。所有化合物均为首次从该属陆地真菌分离得到。
Objective To study the metabolites of Aspergillus sp. HT-2. Methods Silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC were used to separate the metabolites. The structure of the compound was identified based on spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as (-) - chaetominine (1), fumiquinazoline J (2), fumitremorgin C (3), cyclotryprostatin B (4), (3S, 6S, 12S, 13S) + - verruculogen TR-2 (5), gliotoxin (6), bisdethio-bis (methylthio) gliotoxin (7), didehydrobisdethio-bis (methylthio) gliotoxin (8), helvolic acid (9), pseurotin A Sterol (11), 2,5-dimethylresorcinol (12), Thymine (13). CONCLUSIONS The compounds obtained include 3 thio diketopiperazines, 2 quinazoline alkaloids, 3 indole alkaloids, 1 spirolactam alkaloid, 1 triterpene-reducing steroid, etc. A total of 13 compounds. All compounds were isolated from this land fungus for the first time.
