Baishan City Jiangyuan District Party Committee aimed to comprehensively improve the rural grass-roots organizations to create a favorable activity in the actual effect, relevance and innovation, and firmly grasp the rural grass-roots party organizations, rural grass-roots cadres and rural party members three elements to vigorously implement the “Three projects” as the carrier, in order to achieve “five good five lead ” goal to identify the starting point and force point, effectively promoted the healthy and orderly development of all fields of rural economy and society.
