用单辊快淬法制成厚度为25~30μm、宽度为15~50mm的非晶薄带,卷绕并经合适的真空热处理后得到的电流互感器铁芯,其相对初始磁导率一般可达60000以上,相对最大磁导率达200000左右,比较了纳米晶合金铁芯与铁镍合金(1J85)铁芯的磁化曲线和损耗角曲线,讨论了该新材料用于电流互感器的竞争优势所在。
The single-roller quenching method is used to make amorphous thin ribbon with thickness of 25 ~ 30μm and width of 15 ~ 50mm. The core of current transformer after winding and proper vacuum heat treatment can reach the relative initial permeability 60000 or more, the relative maximum permeability of about 200000, comparing the magnetization curve and loss angle curve of the nanocrystalline alloy core and the iron-nickel alloy (1J85) iron core, and discusses the competitive advantage of the new material for the current transformer .
