目的 研究颞下窝显微手术解剖。方法 用5个骨性头颅观察骨性构成和孔道关系,10个尸体头颅进行显微镜下解剖获取图像资料。结果 颞下窝与咽旁间隙之间由颈筋膜分隔相对分开。颞下窝主要与咀嚼肌相关,包括咬肌、颞肌、翼内肌和翼外肌,以及上颌动脉和下颌神经分支;咽旁间隙由于茎突及其隔膜的分隔分为茎突前间隙和茎突后间隙,茎突前间隙内有腮腺深叶和茎突前脂肪,茎突后间隙内有颈内动脉、颈内静脉和颈静脉孔神经。结论 颞下窝及其周围区域解剖结构重要,关系复杂,间隙间以筋膜相互分隔。
Objective To study the microsurgical anatomy of the infratemporal fossa. Methods Five skeletal skulls were used to observe the osseous structure and the relationship between the osseous ducts and the corpses of 10 cadaveric cadavers. Results The inferior temporal fossa and parapharyngeal space were relatively separated by the cervical fascia. The infratemporal fossa is mainly associated with the masticatory muscles, including the masseter, the temporalis, the pterygoid and the pterygoid, and the branches of the maxillary arteries and mandibular; the parapharyngeal space is divided into the anterior presctal space due to the separation of the styloid process and its septum Posterior styloid process, parietal anterior gap within the parotid gland and styloid fat, posterior styloid process within the internal carotid artery, internal jugular vein and jugular foramen. Conclusions The anatomy of the infratemporal fossa and its surrounding area is important, the relationship is complex, and the interspaces are separated from each other by fascia.
