为建立小型猪慢性心肌缺血模型和应用无创遥测技术的评价方法,本研究采用维生素D3和异丙肾上腺素复合高脂饮食的方法建立了小型猪慢性心肌缺血模型;并利用无创遥测技术对小型猪慢性心肌缺血模型的症状进行检测与评价,同时对五指山小型猪、巴马小型猪和西藏小型猪的运输应激和高脂诱导发生动脉粥样硬化(AS)的危险因素进行评估。建立了巴马小型猪慢性心肌缺血模型与评价技术规范,明确了无创遥测技术可用于心肌缺血模型的症状检测和评价,界定了小型猪运输应激后需4周以上的适应恢复期。并发现了高脂环境下五指山小型猪、巴马小型猪和西藏小型猪发生高血脂、高血压、高胰岛素血症等AS危险因素的不同特征,这为小型猪在心血管疾病研究中的选择和应用提供参考。
In order to establish the miniature pig chronic myocardial ischemia model and evaluate the noninvasive telemetry technique, this study established a miniature pig model of chronic myocardial ischemia by using vitamin D3 and isoproterenol combined with high-fat diet. Using non-invasive telemetry The symptoms of miniature pig chronic myocardial ischemia model were tested and evaluated, and the transport stress of Wuzhishan mini-pig, Bama mini-pig and Tibetan mini-pig and the risk factors of atherosclerosis (AS) induced by hyperlipidemia were evaluated. Established the technical specification of the model and evaluation of chronic myocardial ischemia in Bama miniature pig, defined the noninvasive telemetry technology which can be used in the detection and evaluation of the symptoms of myocardial ischemia model, and defined the adaptive recovery period of more than 4 weeks after transportation. And found different characteristics of AS risk factors such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension and hyperinsulinemia in Wuzhishan miniature pig, Bama miniature pig and Tibetan miniature pig in high fat environment, which are the choices of miniature pig in cardiovascular disease research and Application for reference.
