本文论述了中国北车集团齐车公司在企业风险管理领域的研究和实践成果。通过风险理论的研究并与企业具体的实践相结合,探索性地提出了在进行风险评估中,区分风险事件和风险因素,提出了解决工业制造企业风险评价的具体操作方法和引入了动态评价的思想,并体现在完全风险坐标图上。通过风险分析评价,形成了一整套的制造企业外部质量风险管理的思路和方法,制定了完整的风险管理解决方案,并在具体企业实践中得到实施和运行。其工作流程的确定、最终的风险解决方案能够对其他领域的风险评估或者其他企业的风险评估提供有价值的借鉴作用。
