为保护知识产权,使得著作权人的利益得到保障,除了运用法律手段和行政措施外,从技术上解决光盘的防拷贝问题,将会从根本上遏制盗版光盘的源头。由于光盘这种存储媒体的特殊性,实现对光盘有效的防拷贝是一项很困难的任务。本文就光盘被盗版的事实、社会对光盘防拷贝技术的需求、光盘防拷贝保护的难点、研制有效光盘防拷贝系统的必要条件、完善的光盘防拷贝系统的特点、光盘防拷贝系统技术秘密以及国内软件行业的希望等方面进行探讨。
