目的 研究气态化合物七氟丙烷 (C3 HF7)的小鼠急性经呼吸道毒性。方法 将 40只NIH品系小鼠随机分为 4组 ,每组 10只 ,雌雄各半 ;按霍恩氏 (Horn)法 4个染毒剂量分组 ,每组 5只 ,组距 2 15倍设计剂量系列 ,采用静式呼吸道吸入实验 ,用气相色谱仪对染毒柜内化合物浓度进行测定。结果 C3 HF7LC50 雄性小鼠为 2 96 8 9μg/ml;雌性小鼠为 2 785 1μg/ml,属微毒级化合物。 结论 C3 HF7属微毒级化合物 ,在小鼠急性经呼吸道毒性试验中表现出极高安全性。
Aim To study the acute respiratory toxicity of mice treated with the gaseous compound heptafluoropropane (C3 HF7). Methods Forty NIH mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 mice in each group. The mice were divided into 4 groups according to the Horn method. The mice in each group were divided into 5 groups at a dose of 2 15 times the designed dose Series, using a static inhalation inhalation experiment, using gas chromatography to determine the concentration of compounds in the cabinet. Results C3 HF7LC50 male mice were 2 96 8 9 μg / ml and female mice 2 785 1 μg / ml, which were micro-toxic compounds. Conclusions C3 HF7 is a micro-toxic compound that shows a high level of safety in acute respiratory toxicity studies in mice.
