用剪叶、针刺和喷雾接种法,研究稻白叶枯病菌系对IR_8、IR20和IR1545的侵染,结果表明,无论病斑还是病痕都不受影响。用这些接种方法接种,潜育期不同,但抗性没有变化。从带有Xa5基因的DZ192抗源所育成的品系,分别与同1群菌系反应一致,都没有完全的抗性。一群菌系对TKM6及其衍生品系的致病力与2群菌系对TKM6、DZ192及其衍生品系的致病力显著不同。如同株龄一样,叶龄从幼龄到老龄受病菌的侵染有变化,但只有在水稻栽培品种与细菌菌系能亲和的组合中才能观察到病斑长度的显著差异,具有“成株”抗性的育成品种,例如IR1695和IR944,用所有致病菌群的菌系进行鉴定,其病斑长度从营养生长期到生殖生长期逐渐减小。中感的栽培品种与部分抗性品种比较,当接种量低时,其病斑长度显著减小,然而成株抗性品系的病斑与对照品种IR8比较没有差异。
Leaf cutting, acupuncture and spray inoculation method were used to study the infection of IR_8, IR20 and IR1545 by the rice bacterial blight. The results showed that neither the lesions nor the lesions were affected. Inoculation with these vaccination methods, the incubation period is different, but the resistance has not changed. The strain bred from the DZ192 resistant source carrying the Xa5 gene has the same resistance to the same group of bacteria, respectively, and has no complete resistance. As in the case of the same age, leaf age varies from young to old with pathogen infection, but significant differences in lesion length are observed only in an intimate combination of rice cultivars and bacterial strains with “ ”Resistant cultivars, such as IR1695 and IR944, were identified in all strains of pathogenic bacteria and their lesion length gradually decreased from vegetative to reproductive growth stages. Compared with some resistant cultivars, the susceptible cultivars showed a significantly reduced lesion length when the inoculation amount was low. However, there was no difference between the susceptible cultivars and the control cultivars IR8.
