本文在分析大学生社区环境、社区文化对大学生生活学习品格塑造都有重要影响的基础上,结合当前形势下高校学生党建工作面临的新情况,指出在大学生社区中开展党建工作的必要性和可行性,并结合学生社区工作具体特点和实际情况,明确大学社区党组织的功能定位,并进一步提出在大学社区中开展党建工作的具体举措和初步构想。
