目的:对中药饮片传统与现代应用的合理性进行分析探讨。方法:对我院门诊中药房的用药资料进行回归性分析,分析小包装饮片使用品种及规格,将现代小包装饮片及颗粒饮片和传统中药饮片的内部差错、外部差错情况进行对比评价。结果:(1)从实际情况来看,我国周转库房可以使传统中药饮片的使用得到有效满足;但是,目前的周转库房很难使现代小包装饮片和颗粒饮片的应用得到有效满足。(2)现代小包装饮片及颗粒饮片,内部出错率为8.22%,外部出错率为0.23%;传统中药饮片,内部出错率为0.10%,外部出错率为0.04%;在内部出错率和外部出错率上,现代小包装饮片及颗粒饮片均明显高于传统中药饮片,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统中药饮片的作用突出,尤其是在医疗科学技术逐步发展的背景下,促进了传统中药饮片作用效果的发挥,有必要加强中药饮片传统与现代应用的研究,使现代中药饮片的作用跟上传统中药饮片的步伐,进一步促进中药医学的发展。
Objective: To analyze the rationality of the traditional and modern application of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces. Methods: A retrospective analysis was carried out on the medication information of outpatient pharmacies in our hospital. The varieties and specifications of small package slices were analyzed. The internal error and external error of modern small package slices and pellet slices and traditional Chinese medicine slices were compared and evaluated. Results: (1) From a practical point of view, the use of revolving warehouse in our country can effectively satisfy the usage of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. However, it is very difficult for the current revolving warehouse to make the application of modern small package decoction pieces and granule pieces effectively satisfied.
