目的观察治糜灵栓体外杀灭阴道毛滴虫效果,为临床应用提供依据。方法以实验药物治糜灵及对照药物甲硝唑配制大豆蛋白胨液体药物培养基,接种临床分离的阴道毛滴虫,培养24h,观察药物的抗滴虫作用。结果随着药物作用时间的延长和浓度的增加,滴虫死亡率升高,虫体裂解,密度下降。治糜灵对阴道毛滴虫的最低有效浓度为15mg/ml。结论治糜灵对阴道毛滴虫有较强的抑制作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Zhilingling suppository in killing Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro and provide evidence for clinical application. METHODS: The experimental drug was used to administer bufalin and control drug metronidazole to prepare soy peptone liquid drug culture medium. The clinically isolated T. vaginalis was inoculated and cultured for 24 h to observe the anti-trichomoniasis effect of the drug. Results With the prolongation of the drug action time and the increase of the concentration, the mortality of trichomoniasis increased, the worm body lysed, and the density decreased. The minimum effective concentration of Trichomonas vaginalis against Trichomonas vaginalis is 15 mg/ml. Conclusion Zhizhiling has a strong inhibitory effect on Trichomonas vaginalis.
