本文依据所获取的S市民政局关于该市申请经济适用房家庭的相关数据,运用计量经济学中的分位数回归模型,分析家庭人口数、家庭所在区县,以及家庭主要收入者的年龄、受教育程度、就业状态与所从事行业对该市中低收入家庭可支配收入的影响,细致和深入地研究了该市居民收入与其影响因素之间的回归关系。
Based on the data obtained by the Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs of S about the families applying for affordable housing in this city and by using the quantile regression model in econometrics, this paper analyzes the age of the family population, the districts and counties where the family lives, and the main household income , Education level, employment status and the influence of industries in the city on the disposable income of low and middle-income families in the city. The relationship between the income of residents in the city and its influential factors was studied in detail and in depth.
