发散叶片选用过两种焊接方法——钎焊和电子束焊。比较这两种焊接方法,电子束焊简单、直观、焊缝好坏一目了然,没有焊接不良和漏焊部位,影响区小,除焊缝宽度外没有其他堵孔现象。用点焊把丝网贴定在骨架上是行之有效的办法,这种工艺在焊接中可代替模具,又能保证焊接时所需的接触间隙。电子束单位功率密度≤19.2W/mm~3·s时,为补焊单位功率密度,用此可修补焊接不理想叶片。根据蒙皮和骨架材料试验确定,焊接发散叶片的单位功率密度=21.1W/mm~3·s,焊接速度为1.5m/min较合适。
