在企业管理中有很多环节,其中成本管理是非常重要的组成部分,这与企业利益关系密切,体现着企业在市场上的综合竞争力。随着我国经济地飞速发展,企业之间竞争日趋激烈,石油开采企业面临巨大的竞争压力,为了提高企业的综合竞争力,石油开采企业必须加强企业的成本管理。本文根据石油开采行业的特点,从企业成本管理的涵义出发,对石油开采企业成本管理现状和优化对策进行阐述,为石油开采企业成本管理提出建议。
In business management there are many aspects, including cost management is a very important part, which is closely related to the interests of enterprises, reflecting the overall competitiveness of enterprises in the market. With the rapid economic development in our country, the competition among enterprises is becoming fiercer and fiercer. The petroleum exploitation enterprises are under tremendous pressure of competition.
