党的十七届四中全会提出,要加强廉政文化建设。今年初,中央纪委、中央宣传部、监察部、文化部、广电总局、新闻出版总署又联合下发了《关于加强廉政文化建设的意见》,提出将廉政文化建设融入社会主义精神文明建设和反腐倡廉建设的全过程,大力营造崇尚廉洁的社会风尚,为深入开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争提供思想保障和文化支撑。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee proposed that we should strengthen the culture of clean government. Earlier this year, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Supervision, the Ministry of Culture, the State Administration of Radio Film and Television and the General Administration of Press and Publication jointly issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of a Clean and Honest Culture and proposed to integrate the building of a clean and honest government into the socialist spiritual civilization. The entire process of combating corruption and building a clean government will vigorously create a social atmosphere that advocates integrity and clean, and provides ideological support and cultural support for further developing the party’s work style and building an honest and clean government and fighting corruption.
