目的探讨高血压的发病特点以及发病机制,提出对高血压病的防治措施。方法选取2015年1月~2015年12月在本院进行高血压治疗的患者100例,通过健康宣教、用药指导、饮食指导等方法提高患者对疾病的了解与认识,使患者掌握高血压疾病的防治方法。结果 100例患者均能全面掌握疾病知识及疾病防治方法,出院后随访半年,患者用药依从性及高血压控制效果均得到显著提高。结论做好高血压健康宣教工作有利于患者增强对疾病的认识,提高药物依从性及血压控制效果。
Objective To investigate the incidence of hypertension and its pathogenesis, and to put forward the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital for the treatment of hypertension in patients with 100 cases, through health education, medication guidance, diet guidance and other methods to improve the patient’s understanding of the disease and make patients grasp the high blood pressure Prevention methods. Results All 100 patients were able to fully grasp the disease knowledge and disease prevention and treatment methods. After discharge, they were followed up for six months and their medication compliance and hypertension control effect were significantly improved. Conclusion To do a good job in hypertension health mission is conducive to patients to enhance awareness of the disease and improve drug compliance and blood pressure control.
