长期以来,有机玻璃器材的消毒与清洁方法,落后于其它材料的处理,此种器材不能耐受高热,某些消毒剂也会使之变质,常用的清洁液也被列为禁用;虽然部分消毒剂不会使器材变质,但是,器材(如血凝板)消毒后的清洁还是比较困难的,这给实验室工作带来许多不便。为了摸索出经济、简便、既能消毒洁净而又不使器材变质的方法,我们对96孔微量血凝板进行了实验观察。
