国外的猎头公司普遍认为人生有三个转换职业的最佳时期,即所谓“转职适龄期”,如果想要转职就应该尽量选择在这三个时期内。一般来说,需要转换职位的人应该得到很细致的就业指导,其过程包括准备更好的履历、判断自己是否符合转职年龄、学习高水准的面试技巧等。第一阶段:25—30岁这个时期正是“自我独立、精力充沛、年轻有为”的阶段,无论哪家公司都需要这样的人才。这个时期可以大胆地到那些没有接触过的行业里去试试。第二阶段:35岁前后这个时期可以从事管理职位,但是只能在经验许可的行业内供职。第三阶段:40—50岁,其中又分为45岁以前和45岁以后两阶段——
