在全党开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动,是党的十七大作出的一项重大战略部署。根据中央安排,财政部被确定为学习实践活动的试点单位之一。在此次深入学习实践科学发展观活动中,财政部党组对专员办开展学习实践科学展观活动非常重视,将专员办纳入财政部试点工作统一范畴,要求专员办参加财政部机关统一组织的集中培训,各个阶段均与财政部机关同步进行。从3月21日到7月20日,全国专员办在中央学习实践科学发展观试点工作领导小组的指导下。在财政部党组的领导下,按照《财政部深入学习实践科学发展观活动工作方案》和《财政监察专员办事处深入学习实践科学发展观活动实施方案》,开展了深入学习实践科学发展观活动。四个月的学习实践科学展观活动取得了丰硕成果,达到了“统一认识、提高能力、解决问题、创新机制”的目标,有力地推动了财政监督的科学发展。

The commissioners’ office is included in the unification of the pilot work of the Ministry of Finance and requires the commissioners to attend the centralization of the unified organization of the Ministry of Finance. Under the leadership of the Party Group under the Ministry of Finance, the “Activity Plan for Further Learning and Practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development” by the Ministry of Finance and the “Implementation Plan for Profoundly Studying and Practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development in the Office of the Fiscal Ombudsman” were carried out to deepen the study and practice of the scientific outlook on development. Four months’ study and practice of scientific exhibitions have yielded fruitful results and reached the goal of “unifying our understanding, improving our capabilities, solving problems and innovating mechanisms,” and effectively promoted the scientific development of financial supervision.
