近年来,随着我国市场经济体制改革的不断深入,医疗单位的体制改革也在日益推进,公立医院内外部环境的变化使得经营环境出现了重大变化。作为我国医疗服务体系中的主体,公立医院充分体现出其公益性、社会性的特征,为解决我国基本医疗问题,缓解广大人民群众看病难、就医难等问题做出了巨大贡献。偶尔见诸报端和媒体关于医院的各种问题说明,由于国家财政资金不足、在医院内部控制中还存在着诸多问题,医院内部控制的有效性还存在问题。因此,本文将就我国医院内部控制中存在的问题进行分析,并找到有针对性的解决策略。
