高中学生学习英语,首先要了解英语语言的文化背景,了解国外的人文思想和风土人情,其次要掌握和记忆大量的英语词汇。通过广泛阅读文章可以有效提升学生对英语词汇的认知和掌握,英语报刊不仅能开拓高中学生的视野,还可以提高学生对英语的理解能力与口语表达能力。本文将针对英语报刊的特点论述英语报刊在高中英语词汇教学中的运用。
High school students to learn English, we must first understand the cultural background of the English language to understand the humanistic thinking abroad and customs, and secondly to master and remember a large number of English vocabulary. By reading articles widely, students ’cognition and mastery of English vocabulary can be effectively enhanced. English newspapers and periodicals can not only broaden their horizons of high school students, but also improve students’ ability of comprehension and oral communication of English. This article will address the characteristics of English newspapers on English newspapers and high schools in the use of English vocabulary teaching.
