建设工程合同管理虽然是工程项目管理的重要组成部分,但在推行过程中,由于受我国经济社会历史背景和发展环境特殊性的制约,却出现了许多困难和问题。这不仅严重阻碍了建设工程合同管理的顺利实施和有效推进,而且还埋下了大量的矛盾和纠纷隐患,在给工程建设参与各方造成巨大损失的同时,也给国家的经济发展和社会的和谐稳定带来不良影响。本文通过对大量建设工程合同管理实践的研究和思考,总结出一些建设工程合同管理的方法和措施,对有效预防和降低建设项目风险,减少合同纠纷有积极作用。
Although the contract management of construction projects is an important part of project management, in the process of implementation, due to the constraints of China’s economic, social and historical background and the particularity of the development environment, many difficulties and problems have emerged. This not only seriously hindered the smooth implementation and effective promotion of construction contract management, but also laid a great deal of hidden dangers of contradictions and disputes. While causing enormous losses to all parties participating in the construction of the project, it also gave the country’s economic development and social Harmonious and stable bring adverse effects. This article summarizes some methods and measures of construction project contract management through researching and thinking on a large number of construction project contract management practices and has a positive effect on preventing and reducing construction project risks and reducing contract disputes effectively.
