The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently promulgated the Measures for the Quota Management of Construction Projects (hereinafter referred to as the Measures). The Measures include a total of six chapters and 22 articles in six chapters, including General Provisions, Systems and Plans, Formulation and Amendments, Publication and Daily Management, Funds and By-laws.
