大学生党员的继续教育问题值得关注。调查显示,部分学生在入党后存在松劲退步、知行不一、选择做“隐性党员”等现象。这与基层党支部开展党员继续教育频次偏低,党员继续教育方式老套、党员满意度不高等有关。高校党组织应从着力把好预备党员转正关,精心设计和搭建党员学生实践教育平台,完善入党“联系人”、“介绍人”机制等三个方面入手,加强党员继续教育的长效机制建设,改进学生入党后的继续教育工作。
The issue of continuing education for college student party members deserves attention. According to the survey, some students have the tendency to regress after joining the party. This is related to the grass-roots party branches carrying out the low frequency of continuing education for Party members, the old-fashioned way of continuing education for party members, and the unsatisfactory membership of the party. Party organizations in colleges and universities should start from three aspects: turning Proper Party members into regular ones, elaborate designing and setting up practical education platform for party members and students, improving the mechanism of joining the party, “contacts” and “introducing people” Effective mechanism construction, to improve students to join the party after continuing education.
