目的：探讨中药内服联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法选取2012年11月至2014年8月收治的扁平疣患者120例，随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。治疗组患者给予中药内服联合阿达帕林凝胶外用，对照组患者给予外用重组人干扰素α-2 b凝胶；治疗2个疗程后比较两组患者的疗效。结果2个疗程后，治疗组患者总有效率为85.0%，明显优于对照组的68.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；治疗组出现轻度胃肠道反应7例，局部外用药物后出现皮损处轻度红斑干燥治疗组5例，对照组4例，症状轻微，不影响继续用药。结论中药内服联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗扁平疣疗效明显。“,”Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine oraly taken Adapalene Gel topical treatment of verruca plana.Methods 120 patients with verruca plana from 2012 November to 2014 August were patients,randomly divided into the treatment group 60 cases and control group with 60 cases.Patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with Adapalene Gel topical,patients in control group were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha-2 B gel;after 2 courses of treatment were compared between the two groups of curative effect.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 85.0%,higher than 68.3% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.01);treatment group had 7 cases of mild gastrointestinal reactions,topical lesions appeared after 5 cases of mild erythema drying treatment group,4 cases in the control group,the symptoms are mild,no influence on the medication.Conclusion Oral Chinese medicine combined with Adapalene Gel topical treatment of flat wart curative effect.
