青藏高原是国家生态文明建设的战略高地。青藏高原生态保护问题,事关国家生态安全。文章从长远保障青藏高原天蓝、水绿、山青的角度出发,从生态文明建设的高度来统筹谋划,从藏族人民千百年来如何保护和适应青藏高原的山水文化中寻找答案。重视发掘、研究保护附着在青藏高原上的传统文化,不仅是建设生态文明的现实需要,而且具有深远的历史意义和现实意义。
The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is a strategic highland for the construction of national ecological civilization. The ecological protection of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is related to the national ecological security. From the perspective of long-term protection of sky blue, green water and green mountains in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the article makes overall plans from the height of ecological civilization construction and looks for answers from Tibetan people how to protect and adapt to the landscape culture of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau for thousands of years.
