构建我国小额诉讼救济机制不仅需要一种科学合理的救济方式,更需要一套完善的制度设计。本文基于目前小额诉讼程序现状,探究分析如何完善小额诉讼救济制度,促使小额救济机制充分发挥其作用。
The construction of our country’s petty litigation relief mechanism not only needs a kind of scientific and reasonable relief method, but also needs a set of perfect system design. Based on the current status of petty litigation process, this article explores how to improve the system of petty litigation remedies and how to make the petty relief system fully play its role.
