本文结合通常的可控硅双闭环调速系统,讨论了在前馈控制的基础上利用状态观测的理论进行前馈补偿。可保持原系统静态无差,解决突加负载时动态速降大和恢复时间长的缺点,提出了一种新型负载力矩观测器的设计方案。将该观测器用于冷轧厂五机架冷连轧机机组直流辅助传动装置——出口导向辊的实际效果表明,对于负载扰动变化极其频繁的系统,这种新型观测器的效果尤为显著。
In this paper, the conventional thyristor double closed-loop speed control system is discussed in this paper. Based on the feed-forward control, feed-forward compensation is discussed based on the state observation theory. The system can keep the static state of the original system without any difference and solve the problem of large dynamic speed drop and long recovery time under sudden load. A new design scheme of load torque observer is proposed. The practical application of this observer to the DC auxiliary transmission unit - exit guide roller of a five-stand tandem cold mill in a cold rolling mill shows that the new observer is particularly effective for systems with frequent changes in load disturbances.
