第一部分一.新的教学计划和教学大纲的主要特點。根据苏共19次代表大会關於过渡到普及中等教育和实施綜合技術教育的指示,俄罗斯苏維埃联邦社会主义共和國教育部和教育科学院联合進行了修訂教学計劃和編寫新的教学大綱的工作,俄罗斯共和国各中小学校从1954-1955学年起開始採用新的教学大綱。修訂後的教学計劃中將五、六年級数学課的教学時數从过去每週7小時減少为6小時,七至十年級仍为每週6小時,数学課的授課時數佔全部課時的20％。
