目的探讨观察矮小症患儿精氨酸、左旋多巴2日序贯生长激素激发试验的不良反应及护理方案。方法选取2014年7月至2016年8月到本院就诊的矮小症患儿50例,用精氨酸、左旋多巴分2日序贯进行生长激素激发试验,分别于用药前、用药后30、60、90、120 min各抽取2 m L血液检测生长激素水平,同时注意加强试验前、试验中、试验后的护理,密切观察用药后的不良不应。结果 50例患儿激发试验顺利完成,试验过程中发生头晕、腹痛1例,恶心、呕吐1例,未发生严重不良反应。结论只要护理得当,精氨酸联合左旋多巴2日序贯法行生长激素激发试验方法简单、有效、安全可行,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the adverse reaction and nursing plan of arginine and levodopa on the 2nd day of sequential growth hormone challenge test in children with short stature. Methods Fifty patients with short stature who were admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to August 2016 were enrolled in this study. Arginine and levodopa were used to conduct growth hormone challenge test on the 2nd day, respectively. Before administration and after administration , 60,90,120 min each 2 mL blood samples were taken to detect the growth hormone levels, while paying attention to strengthening the test before and after the test, the care after the close observation of the adverse reactions should not. Results 50 cases of children with successful stimulation test, dizziness, abdominal pain occurred in 1 case, nausea and vomiting in 1 case, no serious adverse reactions. Conclusions As long as the nursing is proper, the combination of arginine and levodopa on the 2nd day sequential growth hormone provocation test method is simple, effective, safe and feasible, and worthy of clinical application.
