钙粘蛋白E表达在泌尿系肿瘤中的意义

钙粘蛋白Ｅ（Ｅ－ｃａｄ）是分子量为１２０ＫＤａ的细胞粘附跨膜糖蛋白，Ｅ－ｃａｄ的表达与肿瘤浸润转移呈负相关。本文概述Ｅ－ｃａｄ的生物学特性、功能调控、检测及与泌尿系肿瘤生物学行为的关系。

Cadherin E (E-cad) is a cell adhesion transmembrane glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 120 KDa. The expression of E-cad is negatively correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis. This article summarizes the biological characteristics of E-cad, function regulation, detection and the relationship with the biological behavior of urinary tumors.
