一氧化氮具有广泛的生理作用,其合成失调可介导糖尿病肾病。一氧化氮是由一氧化氮合酶氧化L-精氨酸合成的。近年来,内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因第4内含子的1个27bp的插入/缺失(a/b)多态性、第7外显子的894G→T点突变、(-786)T〉C多态性与糖尿病肾病的关系已成为临床上新的研究热点,且各方面的结论不一。本文主要对这一研究热点的临床进展情况进行综述。
Nitric oxide has a wide range of physiological effects, the synthesis of disorders can mediate diabetic nephropathy. Nitric oxide is synthesized by the oxidation of L-arginine by nitric oxide synthase. In recent years, a 27bp insertion / deletion (a / b) polymorphism of intron 4 of intima nitric oxide synthase gene, 894G → T point mutation of exon 7, (- 786) T > C polymorphism and diabetic nephropathy has become a new clinical hot spot, and various aspects of the conclusions. This article mainly reviews the clinical progress of this research hotspot.
