目前制约我国西部各地区深层次油气田开发最主要的问题是超深度小井眼机械钻速低和极难控制的井斜度。减速涡轮深部防斜快打技术是科研人员在研究了国内外防斜快打技术和应用情况的基础上提出来的,并且根据实地试验创造出了小尺寸的减速涡轮钻具。经过应用试验和与其它钻井技术对比,证明了减速涡轮深部防斜快打技术在钻速上有了明显的提升,在斜坡的控制上从入井的2.6°左右下降至0.3°左右,这项研究是钻井技术的一次重大进步,为我国西部地区超深度小井眼的钻探和开凿提供了新的技术途径和理论基础。
