With the development of radio and television education, with the development of economy and society of our country, the use of radio and television for large-scale secondary professional education has become the need of the times. People are more and more fully aware that organizing TV secondary education will surely become a new area of multi-level running for TV and radio universities in China. In recent years, many provincial and municipal radio and television universities have set up secondary specialized education in radio and television. This education has shown tremendous vitality as soon as it emerges. It has become much welcomed by the community and its development speed is also unpredictable.
