观察中药止咳杏苏汤治疗小儿迁延性肺炎的临床疗效。将患儿 2 4 0例随机分为治疗组 135例 (中药止咳杏苏汤治疗 ) ,对照组 10 5例 (西药抗生素治疗 ) ,疗程 1～ 2周。结果 :治疗组总有效率 95 6 %,对照组总有效率 80 %。两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。
To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine cough xingsu decoction in children with persistent pneumonia. A total of 240 children were randomly divided into treatment group (135 cases) and control group (105 cases). The course of treatment was 1-2 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 95.6% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01).
