职业教育的发展形势对我们实施规范化、精细化管理提出了更高的要求,而政令不畅、执行力不强则是管理工作中最容易出现的情况。执行力是执行正确决策的速度、力度和程度,是执行正确决策的能力,直接关系到管理工作的效果。要实现有效管理,让方针政策得到落实,让管理出效益,就要解决执行力的问题。本文结合学院的管理工作,围绕提升执行力、实现管理创新提出一些建议和措施。
The situation of the development of vocational education has put forward higher requirements for our implementation of standardized and meticulous management. However, the poor government order and weak executive power are the most likely situations in management. Executive power is the speed, intensity and extent of the implementation of correct decisions. It is the ability to implement the right decisions and is directly related to the effectiveness of management. To achieve effective management, so that the principles and policies are implemented, so that management benefits, it is necessary to solve the problem of execution. This article, combined with the management of the college, puts forward some suggestions and measures on improving execution ability and realizing management innovation.
