我国的幅员辽阔,但水资源分布却不够均匀,比如北方地区的水资源相对较少,但耕地面积较大,这样水资源的使用也出现了紧张的问题。而南方地区的水资源较为丰富,但是南方地区的耕地面积较少,这样就出现了南北地区水资源分配不合理的现象,对于我国农业的发展也产生了一定的影响。因此还需要采取相应的措施来调整地区的水资源情况,通过水利工程向资源水利的转变来解决目前存在的水资源利用问题。
Our country has a vast territory, but its water resources are not evenly distributed. For example, there are relatively few water resources in the north but a large area of cultivated land. This has led to serious problems in the use of water resources. However, the water resources in the south are more abundant, but the cultivated area in the south is smaller, which leads to the irrational distribution of water resources in the north and south regions, which also has an impact on the development of agriculture in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to take corresponding measures to adjust the water resources in the region and solve the existing problem of water resources utilization through the transformation of water conservancy projects to water resources and resources.
