过去的一年,国家高度重视电子商务发展,正大力实施互联网+行动计划,习近平总书记指出要加快建设网络强国,李克强总理强调要坚定不移地支持电子商务发展。在互联网+发展机遇引领下,可以说,2015年电商从快速发展进入到了高速发展阶段。
