针对现有排土机排放范围小,受料臂与尾车的连接部分容易出现卡死、撞击、零部件损坏,不易实现整机自动化,操作困难等问题,对现有排土机的受料臂进行了分析与改进,并设计出一种可伸缩式排土机受料臂。介绍了可伸缩式受料臂的优点,并使用Ansys Workbench软件对其进行了有限元分析,得出整个受料臂的最大变形量为220.23mm,最大应力为75.618 MPa,小于所使用材料Q345的屈服强度。分析结果证明了可伸缩式受料臂的合理性,为可伸缩式受料臂的设计制作提供了理论依据。
In view of the small discharge range of the existing earth loaders, the connecting parts of the receiving arm and the tail car are prone to jamming, impact, parts damage, difficulty of realizing the complete machine automation and operation difficulties, etc., The arm was analyzed and improved, and a retractable shovel receiving arm was designed. The advantages of retractable receiving arm are introduced and analyzed by Ansys Workbench software. The maximum deflection of the receiving arm is 220.23mm and the maximum stress is 75.618MPa, which is less than that of the material Q345 Yield Strength. The analysis result proves the rationality of the retractable receiving arm and provides a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the retractable retracted arm.
