双幽门管由 Smith 于1969年首先描述。作者从1973～1980年间的8,000例消化道纤维内窥镜检查中发现5例,占检查人数的0.06%。另据 Hansen 等报道的3,500例内窥镜检查中发现4例(0.11%),因而本病并非十分罕见。作者报告5例;男3、女2,年龄17～60(平均47.8)岁。5例均有上腹部疼痛史,1例并有上消化道出血。内窥镜检查或 X 线检查除发现有双幽门管外,3例并有十二指肠球部溃疡,2例有胃窦部溃疡,4例并伴有球部畸形。
Double pyloric tubes were first described by Smith in 1969. From 1973 to 1980, the author found 5 cases of 8,000 cases of digestive tract fiber endoscopy, accounting for 0.06% of the total number of examinations. According to Hansen and other reported 3,500 cases of endoscopy found in 4 cases (0.11%), so the disease is not very rare. The authors report 5 cases; male 3, female 2, age 17 ~ 60 (average 47.8) years old. All 5 had a history of upper abdominal pain and 1 had upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Endoscopy or X-ray examination in addition to the discovery of double pyloric tube, 3 cases and duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer in 2 cases, 4 cases with congenital ball deformity.
