国有企业下岗职工进再就业服务中心(以下简称中心) 难和出再就业服务中心难的问题是各地在保障下岗职工基本生活和再就业工作中遇到的共同难题。通过调查,我们认为,下岗职工去年进中心难和今年出中心难是我国历史和现实诸多因素的影响造成的。认真分析产生“两难”问题的原因并采取切实可行的对策,对于做好国有企业下岗职工再就业工作意义十分重大。要实现下岗职工快进中心快出中心,
The difficult job of reemployment service centers for laid-off workers from state-owned enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the center) and re-employment service centers are the common problems encountered by various localities in safeguarding the basic livelihood and reemployment of laid-off workers. Through the investigation, we think that it is difficult for the laid-off workers to enter the center last year and the difficulty in finding a center this year because of the influence of many factors in China's history and reality. A careful analysis of the causes of the “dilemma” and the adoption of practical countermeasures are of great significance to doing a good job of reemployment of laid-off workers from state-owned enterprises. To realize the laid-off workers fast forward center out of the center,
