在实验室条件下,测定了甲霜灵和霜霉威复配剂对棉疫病菌(Phytophthora boehmeriae)的联合毒力。结果表明,复配剂MPA、MPB、MPC对棉疫病菌的EC50分别为0.055 5、0.104 4μg/mL和0.084 5μg/mL,对照单剂甲霜灵和霜霉威对棉疫病菌的EC50分别为0.039 1μg/mL和10.618 3μg/mL;联合毒力分析表明,甲霜灵和霜霉威按1∶1.5复配有增效作用,按1∶1和1.5∶1复配有相减作用。
Under laboratory conditions, the combined virulence of metalaxyl and propamocarb complex against Phytophthora boehmeriae was determined. The results showed that the EC50 of MPA, MPB and MPC for the isolates were 0.055 5,0.104 4μg / mL and 0.084 5μg / mL, respectively. 0.039 1μg / mL and 10.618 3μg / mL respectively. Combined virulence analysis showed that metalaxyl and propamocarb had a synergistic effect of 1: 1.5 and a subtraction of 1: 1 and 1.5: 1.
